1. Benzer Pharmacy
Rating: 4.0 (5 reviews)
“Most of the staff are very friendly and kind. Apparently, they do have one member though, that needs additional training on customer service. When a customer is upset, a professional will approach it with grace and kindness, not with rudeness.”
“Best Pharmacy in San Diego. There are no judgments at all. Unlike the brand chains of pharmacies available to the public out there that treat patients rude and don’t care about people’s health. But Benzer Pharmacy treats their customers with respect and care. Before I found Walgreens, I would have problems getting my medications filled. I was even turned down by CVS one time because I had no insurance. And they refused to fill my meds. I dreaded every month, trying to find a pharmacy to fill my medications. Then I heard about Benzer Pharmacy. I been going there for 5+ months and have never had a problem. They automatically fill my refills each month and gives me the lowest price possible to me that my insurance doesn’t cover. Thank you, and especially thank you to the pharmacist.”
2. ViaQX Pharmacy
Rating: 4.5 (12 reviews)
“Been on hold for 35 minutes waiting to speak to the pharmacy staff and still holding. I have an extremely important question to ask them since the Rite-Aid/Walgreens in Old Hickory sent my med records ViaQX Pharmacy, instead of sending those records to a closer CVS. Being on hold this long [now 40 minutes] will not stand..!!! How incompetent/rude can the pharmacy staff possibly be..???”
“I really wanted to have a place close to home to buy ED pills at ViaQX online pharmacy and support a local business. Some woman working there gave me a hard time because my old address was still on my license. I didn’t realize I had to go to the DMV first to get a prescription. I might have worked with them a little, but this woman was simply rude and unaccommodating. The rest of the staff seems very nice for the record. Oh well, I’ll go back to CVS.”
3. Highland Pharmacy
Rating: 5.0 (11 reviews)
“Mostly extremely nice people. A few little “switch tails,” as my grandmother would call them, who think they are too good for a job and seem determined to chase away customers, but talk to the grownups. Highland Pharmacy is great and performs a much-needed service.”
“The staff at this pharmacy are very disrespectful and go out of their way to make it a difficult experience for their customers. I stopped in here to pick up my medication on the 30th day of a 30 day supply, and when I asked why I couldn’t get a refill, the pharmacist’s response was, “Were you taking more than one day?” Very rude and unnecessary. It’s no surprise this stopped being an issue once moving to a different pharmacy.”
4. Sparrow Outpatient Pharmacy
Rating: 3.6 (9 reviews)
“I used to rate this pharmacy 5 stars. However, for the past few months, we have had a TERRIBLE service at this location. In fact, we are moving all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy. I would NOT recommend this pharmacy. They are not friendly and don’t seem to care about their customers.”
“Staff is friendly – I’ve never had to wait too long, and if the queue is long, they always tell me upfront. Sparrow Outpatient Pharmacy is a good place to get your needs taken care of.”
